Texarkana, Texas police say three teens are facing charges after a stolen school bus crashed into a tree last month.
Around 4:30 a.m. on July 13th, officers got a call about a Pleasant Grove school bus driving down Richmond Road. By the time Officer Derrick Bowers caught up, the suspects had already wrecked the bus and run off into the dark.
Detectives later identified the suspects as 18-year-old Matthew Lacey and 17-year-olds Trip Wilson and Brooks Wilhite. Wilson and Wilhite were arrested earlier this month, and Lacey was taken into custody this past weekend.
All three are charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.
