Texarkana Texas Police are asking for help identifying a man accused of pulling off a refund scam at Home Depot in early June.
They say he entered the store empty-handed, grabbed a cart, and loaded it with nearly $800 worth of conduit wire. He then used an old receipt from a past purchase to get a refund at the customer service desk—without ever paying for the new wire.
He left in a white Cadillac Escalade, but police couldn’t get a license plate number.
If you recognize him, call TTPD at 903-798-3116 or Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP.
