Texarkana, Arkansas police are investigating a possible DWI crash that happened Sunday night around 7:45 in the 100 block of Pinehurst Street.
Texarkana, Arkansas police are investigating a possible DWI crash that happened Sunday night around 7:45 in the 100 block of Pinehurst Street.
Officers arrived to find a gray Kia Forte on top of two parked cars and damage to a nearby home. The driver, 34-year-old Porsche Owens, had visible injuries and showed signs of intoxication. Police say she admitted to being drunk.
A witness reported a passenger fled the scene before officers arrived. Owens is charged with DWI and criminal mischief, and police say she also had a warrant for a probation violation.
