Texarkana, Texas police are investigating a shooting that happened Sunday afternoon at the dog park inside Spring Lake Park.

Police say two men argued over which side of the park to use. The argument escalated, and one man shot the other in the hand.

The 59-year-old victim was taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Seventy-year-old Glenn Bartley was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The investigation is ongoing.
