Police say two men argued over which side of the park to use. The argument escalated, and one man shot the other in the hand.
The 59-year-old victim was taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Seventy-year-old Glenn Bartley was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The investigation is ongoing.
