Officers say the teen tried to sneak a gun into a venue at the College Hill Shopping Center. The weapon accidentally fired when it fell to the floor. A 20-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were both hit.
Around 11:30 p.m., an officer was flagged down by a driver rushing one of the victims to the hospital. A second victim later arrived in another car. Both are expected to recover.
