A Houston man accused of killing two people in the course of a home burglary three weeks ago in DeKalb is in the Bi-State Jail. After shooting Charles Beckham and Donna Culpepper, 34-year old Clyde Allen Stephens II allegedly burned Beckahm’s body and truck and stole Culpepper’s car which he was driving when he was arrested June 23rd in Arkansas.
