Most of the work will be completed using directional boring to reduce impacts to streets, driveways, and landscaping. Any areas disturbed during construction will be restored once the project is complete.
The project is expected to last about six months and will be carried out by Wayne Holden Company with a Summit Utilities inspector on site throughout the work.
Residents with questions can contact the Summit Utilities inspector at (870) 409-3096 or the City of Texarkana Public Works Department at (903) 798-3948.
