A Texarkana, Texas woman is now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges earlier this year.
Authorities say the woman entered a guilty plea in February 2026 and was sentenced to probation. However, shortly after sentencing, she was taken into ICE custody due to her immigration status.
