Arkansas State Police have released a composite sketch of a man seen at Devil’s Den State Park on Saturday, July 26, in connection with a double homicide.

Texarkana has officially been named a Film Friendly Texas Certified Community by the Texas Film Commission, part of Governor Greg Abbott’s Economic Development and Tourism Office.
